    I normally avoid webrips, but I don’t want to wait to hear this. On top of being the guitarist for Oasis, he also wrote the songs and is a better singer than his brother. He should have stopped propping them up a long time ago.

    Its a great album but lets not knock Liam. Liams voice is brilliant and Oasis wouldnt have been as big as they were if Noel sung every song.

    He is a much better singer than Liam but Liam adds a true rock n roll voice to most of his songs. I’m a fan of both Beady Eye (more basic rock n roll) and Noels new album.

    But just wish they would reform Oasis, wont be the same if we dont ever hear Wonderwall sung by Liam ever again

    Honestly, I thought Beady Eye was terrible. When I read an interview with Liam who was talking about how the next album was going to be epic, even Liam couldn’t praise the first album.

    Actually Liam did praise the debut album he said “contains songs “as good as ‘Definitely Maybe’, if not better”.Beady Eye record it’s a solid record but not great as Definitely Maybe is , of course.

    Personally like this one better than Beady Eye. It’s apparent who was the sculpture behind Oasis. Noel does lack Liam’s power RNR vocals, but these songs suit him well. Good listen. Can’t wait to buy it!

    I know it’s impossible to avoid comparisons between Noel’s solo and Beady Eye… Honestly, the songs I really like from Oasia are those in which Noel is singing. A lot of people may say that the Beady Eye album is more rock than Noel’s, and it’s ok. But Noel’s record is much more mature and melodic, and it is, in fact a better work. Never was a die-hard fan of Oasis cos of Liam’s godlike attitude and stuff, but I’m now, definitely a fan of Noel.

    Amazing album!!!Noel gallagher is back and of course…this album is 1000 times better than Beady Eye’s one.Liam has gone for me,because nowadays his voice has many limitations and it says nothing to me.However Noel….he is Oasis,he is the best!!Surely,High Flying Birds is one of the best albums i’ve heard from years!!:D
